New Chamber of Commerce by popular demand! The new West Boca Chamber of Commerce started in July 2007 and as of October has over 65 members! More than 80 people attended the September breakfast meeting at Boca Greens Country Club where FAU Head Football Coach Howard Schnellenberger inspired everyone attending to become fans of the Owls, a team destined for greatness! A new football stadium seating upwards of 25,000 fans is quickly becoming a reality and may be open by 2009!
Next Meeting: October 9 from 7:45 am until 9:00 am breakfast meeting with Dan Weisberg, Director, Palm Beach County Traffic Department and Sherrie Scarborough, President of the West Boca Community Council at Boca Greens Country Club. Costs:$15 for members with reservations in advance, NO LATER THAN 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 4: $20 with reservations AFTER 4 p.m. on Oct. 4: $25 at the door. $15 for guests with reservations in advance, NO LATER THAN 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 4: $20 with reservations AFTER 4 p.m. on Oct. 4: $30 at the door.
